When looking at liquid Nitrogen (LiN) storage we distinguish in several groups of vessels in connection with their use (gas/liquid withdrawal), working pressure, Aluminium or stainless steel and their size (volume in Litres).
Next to Nitrogen (N2) vessels we can also supply vessels for Oxygen O2, carbon dioxide CO2, Argon Ar, Helium He gasses etc. if you have any need please feel free to ask us.
Open dewars & Pouring vessels
We have several options for storing and the internal transport of small volumes of liquid Nitrogen. This can be either via open dewars in the range from 0.5 up to 100+ Litres or pouring vessels in the range from 3 to 50 Litres. For the pouring vessels we can also offer options such as a manual discharge device with or without a cryogenic hose and with a very low working pressure of 0.5 bar.
Low pressure tanks
When it comes to low pressure tanks we are looking at a working pressure range of 1.5 bar and in some cases up to 4 bar for the withdrawal of liquid Nitrogen. Usually these stainless steel vessels are movable by means of casters but in some cases it can be a stainless steel transport cart with air tyres or pallet frame. Optionally, these pressure tanks can come with a pressure building device and/or capacitive probe for level measurement.
High pressure tanks
For high pressure tanks we are looking at a working pressure range of 4 bar and in some cases up to 37 bar for the withdrawal of gaseous Nitrogen. Often these are also tanks with larger volumes such as 180 Litres (the smallest), 230 Litres being the next size and then quickly going up to 600, 1000 Litres and more.
